Today we celebrated National Meatball Day and National Napping Day by combining the two celebrations. Aw yeah, efficiency at its finest!
The cool thing about National Meatball Day–besides celebrating these delicious and sometimes mystery balls of meat–is that every celebration *requires* nomination of a meatball regent. In this case, Allana was volun-told to be the Meatball Queen. She was an active and happy participant, and even DIY’d her own crown.
No explanation is needed for National Napping Day. All I have to say about this is a PSA for parents everywhere: Toddlers, in two decades, you will look back regretfully on all the napping you tantrum’d your way out of. Take those naps now!!
